RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & PROMOTIONS POLICY

Clear rules to ensure transparency and consistency across all orders.


1. RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

Customers have 60 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return, exchange, or report any issue.

To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following:

โœ” Unworn and unused
โœ” In perfect condition โ€” no damage or signs of wear
โœ” Includes original tags, accessories, and original packaging

โš ๏ธ Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in the request being denied.


2. PROMOTIONAL ORDERS โ€” BUY 1, GET MORE

In Buy 1 Get 1 or Buy 1 Get More promotions, only one item is paid for. Additional items are provided free of charge and do not have individual commercial value.

โœ” Allowed
Return all items from the order together for a full refund or store credit.

โœ– Not Allowed
Requesting a refund while retaining free items, or returning only one item from the order.

โ†” Exchange Rule
Promotional items may only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

โœ– No Extra Shipments
The company will not send items beyond the paid item under any circumstances.


3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

3.1 โ€” Defect in the Paid Item

The standard resolution is a replacement with the same product at no additional cost. If the customer declines, the company may โ€” at its sole discretion โ€” issue a partial refund or store credit equivalent to the paid item's value.

๐Ÿ“Œ Only one replacement item will ever be sent per promotional order.

3.2 โ€” Defect in Free Items

Free items do not carry individual warranty coverage and hold no paid value. The company is not obligated to provide a replacement, refund, new shipment, store credit, or cover return shipping costs.

Any request for free items is reviewed case by case, at Brazani's sole discretion. Any resolution is a goodwill gesture only โ€” it creates no future obligations or precedent.


4. EXCHANGES DUE TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE

Requests based on not liking the product, change of mind, or unmet expectations do not apply to promotional orders.

โœ– Customers may not retain free items
โœ– No full or partial refunds will be issued
โœ– No additional items will be sent beyond the paid item


5. REFUNDS

Amount Refunded
Only the value of the paid item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time
7โ€“10 business days after approval. May take up to 3 additional business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. RETURN SHIPPING

โœ– Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs
โœ– Prepaid return labels are not provided, especially for promotional orders
โœ” Receipt of returned items is only guaranteed with valid tracking information


7. REPLACEMENT LIMITATIONS

โ›” Absolute rule: No more than one replacement item will ever be sent per promotional order, regardless of the reason. Free items do not entitle customers to multiple shipments.


8. COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS

In cases of dissatisfaction, regret, or personal preference, the company may โ€” at its sole discretion โ€” offer an alternative solution to avoid a return:

Available Option
One alternative product of the customer's choice, shipped at no cost โ€” while keeping the original item. No return required.

Limitations
Does not imply acknowledgment of a defect. Does not apply to repeated or abusive requests. Limited to 1 additional item per order.

๐Ÿ“Œ Acceptance of this solution by the customer shall be considered the final resolution of the case.
